Lyn Jeffress is President and CEO of Imagined Future, Inc. ™--a coaching, consulting and training organization. Lyn’s passion is helping others discover and release their potential – and, live the life they’ve only dreamed of.
Lyn holds both a Masters Degree in Leadership and an MBA. In addition, Lyn received her coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara and has had the honor of studying with visionary thinkers such as Martin Seligman, Stephen R. Covey, David L. Cooperrider, —as well as Stephen Simon (Producer of such movies as “Somewhere in Time” and “What Dreams May Come”).
Prior to forming Imagined Future, Inc. ™, Lyn’s business career spanned thirty+ years in various hospitality industry organizations. Her career afforded her the opportunity to work with individuals at all levels of these organizations from the entry level worker to the CEO.
Through the work of Imagined Future, Inc. ™ Lyn and her associates help individuals, teams and/or organizations discover and maximize their core talents. The work of Imagined Future, Inc.™ has resulted in increased understanding of the contributions and style of each team member as well as shifting paradigms to improve the potential contribution of each team to the greater organization. Lyn is also a licensee of the Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment. This tool provides insight in each individual’s preferences for left/right brain activities. With the increased challenges of our business climate, it is essential that each person understand what type of thinking leads to his/her greatest success … and, conversely which leads to exhaustion, difficulties, and potential failure.
